WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

You have all your amazing ideas, now it’s time to bring them to life.

Here are the items we’ll need and the details to keep in mind before we can start the thrilling journey of creating your brand.

Branding Files

Your logos in vector file formats such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.

Designs

If you have them, provide us with tech packs, or at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different angles or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for printing, embroidery, notions, and packaging must be in vector file format with specified dimensions.

Size Chart

A size chart of garment measurements for each design should be provided. Please note that body measurements cannot be used.

What Are The Minimum Quantities That I Can Order?

The minimum order quantity is 30-50 pieces per COLOR for one DESIGN.

For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order quantity begins at 1000 meters per fabric type.

What Are The Lead Times?

It typically takes 15-25 days to complete using stock fabric and 25-45 days for custom-made fabrics.

Lead times are estimated from the date of commencement to the completion of production.

What Are Your Shipping Options?

We provide various delivery options to meet your budget or needs. We utilize various shipping providers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and reliable freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.

For orders weighing more than 50kg/50-100 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries. Please note that delivery time varies depending on the delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.(around 1-3month, depend on your detail shipping address)

Contact with us

After submitting your inquiry, we will discuss your project requirements with our team

STEP two

Our team will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project within 48hours.

STEP three

After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. Or you can send size chart to us. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection

STEP four

7-15days for the first sample,you can let us ship out the sample to you or approved it via video.Normal sample production requires at least 1-2 rounds

Step five

Once you are satisfied with the samples, we will begin bulk production after we receive your deposit. Our quality control team will inspect the products to make sure there are no problems. We will repair any pieces and address any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.

Step six

We have reached the final step! In this stage, we will assist you with the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be delivered to you. This is when the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
